By purchasing a ticket, I have read and agree to ALL Sawari Tours’ terms and policies below.

 

Refund Policy
There are no refunds for any tours unless it is cancelled by Sawari Tours. Refunds only include Sawari Tours' portion, not the taxes and additional fees. 

Tours with low registrations will be cancelled and guests will be refunded in 8-10 business days via original payment method. 

COVID-19
I abide by Sawari Tours’ COVID-19 rules, and understand that if I test positive or experience symptoms below, then I should not attend the tour. 

• Fever, feeling hot or feverish.

• Shortness of breath or difficulties breathing.

• Cough

• ANY flu-like symptoms, such as gastrointestinal upset, headache, body aches or fatigue

• Recent loss of taste or smell

• Awaiting COVID-19 test results

• Contact with ANY confirmed COVID-19 positive patients

 

I acknowledge that my attendance at this event may involve the risk of infection and I assume all risk relating to possible infection of COVID-19.

I release and forever discharge and hold harmless Isegun Enterprises, LLC (DBA Sawari Tours) and its owner, staff, affiliates, volunteers, and property from any and all liability claims, including those related to COVID-19, as well as demands of whatever kind of nature, in either law or equity that arise or may hereafter arise.

We are consistently cleaning, disinfecting and doing everything in our power to reduce the spread of Coronavirus at this event. We urge you to be honest and safe to also comply and maintain safe practices in and out of the event to help halt the community spread. To remain as safe as possible, we encourage social distancing. Face mask covering your nose and mouth is encouraged. If you have a temperature, cough or any known symptoms PLEASE do not attend this event. If you are currently awaiting COVID-19 test results, PLEASE do not attend this event. Thank you in advance for your cooperation, support, and understanding.

I hereby give permission to Isegun Enterprises, LLC (DBA Sawari Tours), to photograph, quote, and/or videotape me and the attendees accompanying me for educational and promotional purposes. Isegun Enterprises, LLC (DBA Sawari Tours) and its co-organizers are not responsible for or liable for lost, damaged, or stolen personal property.
